First off, NeoBux is a PTC (Paid To Click) site. This means that you click ads and get paid a small amount for each ad that you click. Most people hear "PTC" and they think, "Oh, it's a scam. They won't pay you ever. You can make barely any money at most. etc. etc..." But, NeoBux is unique.

Their main feature which is a nice plus right away, is the instant, automated payment system where a user can request a payment upon reaching the minimum payout of just $2 and receive it instantly in their PayPal or AlertPay account. (I think you can even use Neteller now also). I have gone through a pretty extensive list of PTC's and NeoBux is by far the best. I have also found a very good way to optimize my earnings with it as well...
Below is a guide on how to make some real money with NeoBux, without paying anything. (If you do invest some money you can make more money a lot quicker, but you do not have to invest anything.)
The most important thing to note here is that you won't be making anywhere near $50/day right off the bat. You will only be making a few cents a day when you first start out. The key to being successful and getting up to a rate of $50/day is to be patient.
The main key to making lots of money with NeoBux is through referrals. Simply put, if you don't have referrals, you won't make more than a few cents a day, no matter how hard you try. Now I know what you're thinking, getting referrals sucks and it's always the toughest part of growing an online business. Well, with NeoBux referrals are no problem because you can RENT them directly through the system. The rental referrals are real people and they cost 25 cents per month each. Some referrals will be active and some won't, just as you'd expect. To recycle an inactive referral and replace with an active one you must pay 7 cents. It may seem like a lot if you want to get a lot of referrals but trust me, it is worth it, and it does work very well. But take note that if you don't recycle your inactive referrals, you'll lose money, period. I'll talk more about that...
After you have reached 75 cents in your account balance solely by clicking on ads yourself after about 3 weeks of clicking (If you choose not to invest any money -- I decided to start off by adding $5 to my rental balance through PayPal so I could get started earning money even faster, which I would advise you to do as well, as it is such a small amount and a small initial investment compared to what you will be earning eventually) you can purchase your first 3 referrals, but DON'T yet. This is where most people screw up and fail.
It takes about 3 weeks of clicking 4 ads a day to earn the 75 cents on your own and people get so eager to rent referrals that they just purchase them as soon as their account reaches 75 cents. When people do this they do not realize that they won't have enough money to maintain their rented referrals (they cost 25 cents per month each to renew), and their referrals eventually are taken away because they can't pay for them.
Before you rent any referrals you should earn $3 by clicking on ads, and then transfer it to your rental balance (or you can transfer a minimum of $5 from PayPal/AlertPay/Neteller to get your earning under way much faster). This way you have $1 per referral and you will easily be able to recycle them if they are not active or pay to keep them for one more month.
It will take a while to get $3 by clicking ads on your own, but whichever method you choose, once you have your $3 you will be able to keep your referrals and exchange inactive ones for new ones without worrying about paying for them.
Autopay is also a must. As soon as you have rented your first 3 referrals, enable Autopay. If you have Autopay enabled, on the first click a referral makes each day, it will pay to keep that referral for an extra day. If the referral does not click, you won't pay him/her for another day. So as long as you have Autopay enabled, referrals basically pay for themselves.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cashing out too early is a huge problem amongst NeoBux users. When you request a payment, it is instantly transferred to your PayPal/AlertPay/Neteller account within minutes, usually seconds. Some people will earn $2 and then cash it out right away to test if the program is legitimate (Google "NeoBux review" and you'll see that it absolutely is). So then they have 2 measly dollars in their PayPal/AlertPay/Neteller account that they could have put towards their rental balance to rent/maintain more referrals.
...So with this strategy you will be putting $3 into your rental balance before you rent 3 referrals, so you'll have $1 per referral, which is what you need to maintain them without a problem. I personally will not cash out until I start reaching 1000+ referrals. Just keep renting referrals by increments of 3 -- you can rent in larger increments as you earn more -- and continue until you have 300. This will take a while.
When you reach 300 referrals, stop renting referrals and just maintain the ones you have. Keep doing this until your balance builds up to about $100 and you can use $90 of it to pay for a Golden membership. It won't take very long to get $100 once you have 300 referrals, and once you become a Golden member you will start earning twice as much as a Standard member.
A Golden membership is $90 per year, but instead of $.005 per referral click you get $.01 per referral click and your earnings double. You also get 9+ ads to click per day versus only 4+ as a Standard member. Simple as that. And trust me, once you've got 1000+ referrals, getting $.04 from each one every day is some good money!
Keep renting referrals after your upgrade and don't cash out yet. I recommend not cashing out until you have reached 1000+ referrals. Then, when you do finally start cashing out, you will be able to cash out about $50/day!
Once you're a Golden member, you will be introduced into a new system of renting referrals through a queue where you choose specific times of day that you will be renting them. You will also have the option to upgrade to one of a few different membership packs. You're ultimate goal will be to get the "Ultimate" pack, which gives you the best ability to earn money. (Some of the other options may be a good idea to upgrade to until you've got a robust enough account to go for "Ultimate". You can view the different upgrade options through the account summary page, click the "upgrade" button, then at the bottom of the next page click the "more info" button.) Being an "Ultimate" member, your wait times for renting new referrals will be reduced, you can rent more referrals at one time, the "recycle" cost of each referral is reduced, your earnings per ad click will increase, you'll be provided with advanced statistics to help track and manage your referrals, as well as a few other benefits.
It is certainly possible to repeatedly cashout and continually profit as a Golden member, but the smartest thing in the long-run is to save your earnings, reinvest them in managing your referrals, eventually afford and become "Ultimate", and then continue to grow your referral count smartly, with a strategy, while truly bringing in bunches of money.
